How long does the tour last?

A

Our One Hour tour is approx. 50 to 55 minutes.

Where do I go to board?

A

Our pickup location is 546 W. 4th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska 99501 (right next to the Log Cabin Visitor’s Center)

What if I need to reschedule my tour?

A

No problem! With a three hour minimum notice, we will happily reschedule your tour to a different time.

What if there’s no availability for when I want to rebook?

A

If the tour you’re hoping for is sold out, no worries! We have tours departing every 30 minutes and we will do everything we can to get you on the next available tour.

Where can I park?

A

Parking is available street-side anywhere downtown! Beware though, this street-side parking is first come first serve. For guaranteed parking, there is a paid parking lot on 3rd and E St for all vehicles and RV’s, and a parking garage on 5th and E St.

Where are some nearby bathrooms?

A

There are public-use restrooms available nearby at the Egan Convention Center and the Federal Building, across the street from our trolley pickup location.

How much does the tour cost?

A

One Hour City Tour:
Adults (13 years or older): $25.00 USD
Children (12 years or younger): $12.50 USD
Infants (3 and younger, must sit on lap): FREE

All of our tours are given in english.

What is included in the one hour tour?

A

Our Anchorage One Hour Tour takes you around downtown Anchorage to see the best sights, including the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, Earthquake Park, Lake Hood Seaplane Base, and the Historic Anchorage 4th avenue. You’ll also get to learn about Anchorage’s rich history, beautiful scenery, and vibrant culture from our expert guides.

Can I bring my pet on board the trolley?

Service animals are welcome aboard our tours. 🐶❤️🚎

Can I pay when I arrive?

A

Yes, credit card, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Etc., and cash are all accepted. We always recommend making reservations to guarantee your seats.

Do you offer discounts?

A

Yes, we offer discounts for groups of 10 or more. Please contact us at info@anchoragetrolley.com for more information.

Are food and drinks allowed while on the tour?

A

Food and drinks are welcome on board. We clean and disinfect the trolley every day ❤️, but alcoholic beverages are not allowed on board for the safety and comfort of all of our guests.
