Walk-ups are always welcome! Our Ambassadors are ready at the corner of 4th avenue and F Street (right in front of the Log Cabin Visitor Information Center) to assist you with booking, checking in, and boarding your tour.
To book your Trolley Tour, you can book Online, Call to Book, or book in person.
Our 24-hour cancellation policy
Cancel your ticket 24 hours before to departure time for a full refund, or rebook* your reservation 24 hours before departure time with no rebooking fees.
Planning a trip can be complicated; hurdles tend to pop up when you’re least expecting them. No matter what sort of surprises life has in store, you have the flexibility to cancel your travel with our 24-hour cancellation policy.

*** Refunds may take up to seven to fourteen (7 – 14) business days to be returned to your original form of payment.
Important Details:
Boarding starts 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the tour, all reservations not checked in by 5 minutes before your scheduled reservation are considered a no-show** and are automatically canceled.
Our 24-hour cancellation policy only applies to tickets booked for travel starting more than 24 hours from the time of purchase.
For tickets purchased within 24 hours of departure time, our standard rebooking and cancellation policy applies immediately after purchase.
You’ll still be responsible for any fare increases and taxes that apply to your new itinerary.
Limitations
Regular Reservations
*All “Refundable Reservations” are excluded*
Within 24 hours of your tour departure all regular tickets are subject to a rebooking fee to change your reservation.
If a guest is a no-show automatically canceled, with no refund available.
No standby is allowed if you miss your reservation. A rebooking fee is required to change your reservation within 24 hours of reservation.
We can’t guarantee that parties of two or more will be seated together.
Refundable Reservations
Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive up to 80% ticket prices
Receive 80% of ticket prices within 24 of reservations with purchase of refundable reservations.
**No Shows are eligible for a refund of 80% of ticket prices with purchase of refundable reservations.
**No Shows are eligible for a rebooking with no fees with purchase of refundable reservations.
*Rebooking is subject to Availability.
We can’t guarantee that parties of two or more will be seated together.
Rebooking Fees
Our rebooking fee 20%
*Rebooking fees are based on the total price of the reservation up to 20% of ticket price.

Operator Cancellation
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances that causes Anchorage Trolley to cancel our tour.
No problem! With a four hour minimum notice, we will happily reschedule your tour to a different time.
Rebooking fee may apply
- Parking is available street-side anywhere downtown! Beware though, this street-side parking is first come first serve. For guaranteed parking, there is a paid parking lot on 3rd and E St for all vehicles and RV’s, and a parking garage on 5th and E St.

Service Animals are Welcome Aboard! 🐾
Children of all ages are Welcome Aboard!
We do have storage available at the back of each trolley, HOWEVER, space is limited – See below for extra information.
There’s a small area behind the back two seats that can fit a few items – be aware, though, the amount of potential items we can store is limited. Storage availability depends on if the space is already in use, the size of luggage or items, and the type of trolley (some have more or less space available).
Fear not! We have alternate storage options available for special cases. Though we do have room for storage, for your comfort, we encourage guests to drop off luggage or other large and nonessential items back at their hotel or temporary residence before attending their trolley tour.
Storage is limited – “pack light” for your tour! 😄

TOUR FAQs
What if there's no availability for when I want to rebook?
No sweat! If your preferred tour is all booked up, fear not! We’ve got tours departing every 30 minutes, so we’ll pull out all the stops to get you on the next available one.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem! If you need to shake up your plans, just give us a heads-up with at least four hours’ notice, and we’ll gladly switch your tour to a different time. Easy as pie!
When should I arrive for my tour?
We’re all about smooth sailing here, so aim to breeze in 15 to 20 minutes before your tour sets off. This gives you plenty of time to check in and get ready to roll before we hit the road. See you there!
Can I pay when I arrive?
For sure! We’re flexible with payment options – whether you prefer swiping your card, tapping with Samsung Pay or Apple Pay, or even going old school with cash, we’ve got you covered. While walk-ins are cool, we totally recommend securing your spot by making a reservation. That way, you’re all set to roll without any hiccups!
Where do I check in once I arrive?
Upon arrival at the Log Cabin Visitor Center, simply head over to our Anchorage Trolley Ambassadors stationed outside on the sidewalk. They’ll be ready and waiting to assist you with check-in and ensure you’re all set for your tour.
Do I need a printed ticket or receipt?
Nah, no need for paper tickets here! Just rock up with your name and a smile, and we’ll handle the rest. Easy peasy, right? Can’t wait to see you!
TROLLEY FAQs
Are Food/Beverages Allowed?
Totally! Feel free to bring along your favorite munchies and non-alcoholic beverages. Our trolleys get a daily dose of TLC with thorough cleaning and disinfecting. But hey, just a heads up: we’re all about safety and comfort, so we kindly ask you to leave the alcoholic drinks behind. Thanks for being awesome!
Can I bring my pet on board?
Absolutely! Service animals are not just welcome, they’re part of the crew! Bring your adorable service animal along for the adventure. We’re all about spreading the love, paws and all! 🐾❤️
That trolley looks full, will I be able to take a tour?
No worries! Even if it looks like our trolley is bursting at the seams, fear not! With comfortable seating for 30 passengers and tours departing every thirty minutes, we’ll make sure you hop on board without a hitch.
Which side of the trolley is the best?
Any side that’s IN-side! 😉 But hey, when it comes to choosing the best side of the trolley, you really can’t go wrong! Whether you’re on the left or the right, you’ll be treated to stunning Alaskan views in every direction. So just kick back, relax, and enjoy the ride!
Where should I sit if I want to open my window?
Ah, embracing your inner photographer, huh? Love it! If you’re itching to crack open that window for the perfect shot, aim for the back panel of the window. Our trolleys boast double-panel windows that slide open from the back to the front. Just a heads-up: each window covers two seat benches, so make sure you’re snagging a spot on the back bench for optimal window action! Happy snapping!
Are your trolleys accessible for wheelchairs, strollers, storage?
We’re all about making your journey as smooth as possible, but unfortunately, our trolleys aren’t wheelchair-accessible. However, if mobility permits, there’s four steps into the trolley and we’re absolutely happy to assist you board and deboard the trolley.
For those with collapsible wheelchairs, strollers, small luggage, or mobility assistance devices, we’ve got you covered! There’s a cozy spot at the back of the trolley behind the two rear seats where you can stow your gear. If it fills up or you’ve got larger items, just give us a shout by phone or email, and we’ll sort out a plan that works for you!
