What are the shuttle service hours?

Our shuttle service runs hourly from 8 AM to 5 PM daily, seven days a week.

Where does the shuttle pick-up and drop-off?

A

The pick-up locations are Hilton Garden Inn Anchorage, Staybridge Suites Anchorage Midtown, and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Anchorage Midtown. The drop-off location is the Log Cabin Visitor Center at 546 W. 4th Avenue Anchorage Ak 99501.

What are the arrival times for the shuttle?

A

The shuttle arrives in downtown Anchorage at the Log Cabin Visitor Center every hour, 7-10 minutes prior to the hour.

What hotels are serviced by the shuttle?

A

We service ONLY the Hilton Garden Inn Anchorage, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Anchorage Midtown, and Staybridge Suites Anchorage Midtown. However, the following hotels are a short walk’s away from our three pick-up locations, and are easily accessible to catch our shuttle:

Aspen Suites Hotel, Hyatt Place Anchorage Midtown, Hampton Inn Anchorage, Home2 Suites by Hilton Anchorage/Midtown, Motel 6 Anchorage, AK, Crowne Plaza Anchorage, Hyatt House Anchorage, and Hyatt Place Anchorage-Midtown.

You can make a reservation for the shuttle on our website or by calling us.

What is the cost of the shuttle service?

A

The cost is $6 USD per person.

Can I bring my pet on board the shuttle?

A

Service animals are allowed on board the shuttle 😄

What is your cancellation policy?

A

We ask that you provide at least 3 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your shuttle reservation.

Absolutely! Our shuttle drivers have card readers and iPads for a smooth, simple and reliable booking experience.
